random unverifiable "fact" about him
apparently he could see the piano keys (or notes) as colours. I need to read his letters to his brother,and vice versa for a clearer understanding.
This condition is called synethesia. I had a student a few years back with it...not everyone with this condition experiences the same range...but, for her, and David Hockney, when they hear a sound they can see a colored texture in their mind. All numbers and letters appear to her in their own colors...cool, huh?
